Redesigning a freelance PPC specialist's Framer website to fix spacing inconsistencies, strengthen visual hierarchy, and elevate case study presentation — resulting in a polished, conversion-focused landing page across all devices.

About the Project

Tom Brookes is a freelance PPC specialist managing Google and Meta Ads campaigns for a range of clients. His existing Framer website had the bones of a solid portfolio but lacked the design polish needed to match his expertise. I was brought in to redesign the landing page end-to-end — from spacing and hierarchy to case studies and responsive breakpoints.

The Challenge

The site suffered from inconsistent spacing that left sections feeling cramped and disjointed, a weak visual hierarchy that failed to guide visitors toward booking a consultation, and a flat case study presentation that didn't reflect Tom's results-driven approach. Responsive issues on mobile and tablet further undermined his professional credibility.

The Solution

Three core areas were overhauled:

  • Spacing & Visual Hierarchy — Introduced a structured spacing scale (16px → 96px) to create breathing room and logical content flow, guiding visitors naturally from hero to services, case studies, and contact.

  • Case Study Redesign — Built a tabbed interface showcasing five client campaigns (including standout results like 97 Leads at £14.99 CPL), each with metrics, context, and visual proof — positioning Tom as a data-driven specialist.

  • Hero & Responsive Polish — Strengthened the hero with a clearer value proposition and CTA ("Book a Free 15 Minute Call"), then refined all breakpoints (desktop 1440px+, tablet, mobile) to ensure a consistent, professional experience on every screen.
